1. What Are Your Rates? 

Our rates vary depending on the date, type of event, amount of hours booked, vehicle, and pick up/drop off locations. If you would like an accurate price quote for your event,  please contact us for pricing and availability. 

2. Can We Bring Alcohol on Board? 

 

Yes. All of our drivers are licensed-for-hire chauffeurs, so it is legal to have open alcohol on board. Bottles and cans are fine, there is a trash can for empties located in the back of each vehicle.  Legally, we can not provide alcohol so we do not include any complimentary alcohol for events. 

3. Are guests who are under the age of 18 or 21 allowed on board without a parent? 

 

Yes. Guests of all ages are welcome to ride, we trust that our customers will be responsible. 

4. How do we play music? 

All of our sound systems are Bluetooth compatible, and we also provide aux cords in the vehicle. Each bus has a karaoke system that is connected to the TV, your chauffeur will be happy to assist you in getting that set up. 

5. Do we need an itinerary or a schedule of places we are planning to visit? 

 

Not necessarily. Itineraries are not required, but can be helpful for certain events that are on a tight timeframe such as weddings. If you do have an itinerary, please provide it to your chauffeur at pick up (please do not email them to us). Otherwise, you can just let your chauffeur know where you would like to go once everyone is on board. 

6. What is required to reserve? 

To reserve a bus for a particular date, we require a deposit over the phone with a credit card. ALL of our deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE as we immediately turn others away who would like to book for the same vehicle and date. Our deposits are equal to half of the quoted price, plus 15%. The remaining balance can be paid at the time of pick up.

*Cancellations that occur within 14 days prior to the event will be charged the full balance.
